Allianz Global Assistance Continues to Invest in Innovation

Prior to joining Allianz Global Assistance, Amy held a number of roles at large organisations including TUI Travel, The Pensions Regulator and EDF Energy, where she gained valuable experience in conducting market sizing projects as well as reviewing and analysing market intelligence.  Amy’s skills in gleaning market insights that can be used to aid the business decision making process will be vital to her new role at Allianz Global Assistance.

At Allianz Global Assistance, Amy’s responsibilities will include researching and creating new products, ensuring new propositions are developed with specific consumer needs in mind.

“I am excited about researching the range of markets Allianz Global Assistance supports and helping to create new products that will be perfectly suited to the needs of our current and prospective clients and their customers.  The main challenge will be creating a new product that can be delivered at the right place, right time and at the right cost to the client and end consumer.  I am looking forward to using customer and market insight to develop new propositions for our clients whether the client is a motor manufacturer, airline, high street bank or blue chip organisation developing its employee benefits programme,” said Amy Walker.

Amy Walker will work with Stephen Chinn, Propositions Development Manager for Allianz Global Assistance in the UK.  “I am thrilled that Amy has joined the team.  Her expertise in research and market intelligence, combined with her experience in product development, will certainly be valuable for Allianz Global Assistance as we look to create new customer-led propositions for our customers,” commented Stephen Chinn.
