Allianz Global Assistance Wins Roadside Assistance Deal With Mazda

Mazda’s award winning SKYACTIV technology, developed to increase fuel efficiency, and featured within its latest models the Mazda CX-5 and Mazda6, combines exceptional environmental credentials without compromising performance. Through its partnership with Allianz, Mazda gains access to highly trained roadside assistance technicians to support all new Mazda owners – irrespective of the model of car they buy - whether they have broken down, got a puncture, lost their keys, run out of fuel or inadvertently filled it with incorrect fuel.

David Wilson-Green, Aftersales Director from Mazda Motors UK said: “In a highly competitive market, it’s essential that we deliver added value to our customers throughout their ownership experience. We have been working with Allianz Global Assistance for over 20 years and they understand our business and are very customer focused. It is this focus that will help us achieve improved levels of repair rates and customer satisfaction whilst driving customer loyalty and parts sales. We are looking forward to working more closely together to get the most out of this growing partnership.”

Lee Taylor, Chief Sales Officer from Allianz Global Assistance in the UK, said: “This is a key win for Allianz and further illustrates the value we will bring to Mazda in supporting its objectives. We already provide Mazda’s warranty programme and technical helpline, so the expansion of our services to include roadside assistance ensures we can further improve the service to Mazda owners.”
