Mondial Assistance Invests in New Health Division

Mondial Assistance UK is placing significant investment into the development of a new health services division with the appointment of Claire McKinnon as Senior Business Development Manager. The first offering from the new division will be a ‘Care & Assistance at Home’ service created in response to extensive market research into homecare for the elderly offered by insurers, health providers and the banking sector in the UK.

The Mondial Assistance Group has vast global experience in homecare provision and health services and Mondial Assistance UK is building a third division to mirror the Group’s success globally built upon local contracts. The new health services department benefits from the strong foundation created by Mondial Assistance’s position in the UK employee benefits, travel insurance and medical assistance markets.

Claire will play a key role in the launch of the homecare offering, which is set to enhance the suite of services Mondial Assistance delivers to banks, building societies, insurance, and travel organisations. Joining Claire is Jenny Ellis, who has been appointed as a Product Development Executive. Providing a clear vision for the development of Mondial Assistance’s health services portfolio, Claire will be the driving force behind the team, working with our corporate clients to help them differentiate their brand and deliver true added value to their customers.
