Tickets.com Partners with Allianz Global Assistance UK

An industry leading provider of ticketing and marketing solutions to entertainment, sports and visitor attractions worldwide, Tickets.com works with over 300 venues in the UK alone delivering products and services that are specifically designed to address clients’ current and evolving requirements. Its suite of ProVenue™ products enable venues to capture, access and manage consumer data through ticketing enquiries and sales.

The extended partnership between Tickets.com and Allianz Global Assistance UK will provide customers purchasing tickets for UK venues that opt in to the scheme with the opportunity to select missed event and tickets insurance at the checkout. Ticket buyers will then be able to obtain a refund if they cannot attend the event for a number of reasons, including personal illness or severe weather disruption.
